Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, but please inform that when you make the reservation, we charge a deposit for it. Any cancellation before March 31th will get a fully refund.

But after March 31th, if you want to cancel your reservation, the deposit can not be refunded as we may have a hard time to rent the cottage in a short time. Sorry about that and appreciate your understanding.

Can I change my dates for a booking?

Yes – But the available cottage is not guaranteed as our cottages are book up faster than you think!

And when you change your booking with us, you will get an email confirming the change. Make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours, contact us to confirm we got your change. Just call us at 647-992-5210.

Do you allow the pets?

Of course! – We are very welcome you bringing the pets to enjoy a nice summer together! We encourage a wonderful vacation with our varied friends!

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
